How to make it
Place the strawberries, banana, yoghurt, milk, vanilla and 2 tsp of chia seeds into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall serving glass or Mason jar and garnish with almonds, remaining chia seeds and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
