Bircher Muesli

Ingredients

2 cups Oats
8 tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
2 tbsp Vanilla Extract or Essence
4 tbsp Raisins
1 Apple, cut into matchsticks
12 Dried Apricot pieces cut into small chunks
4 tbsp Pepitas
Sprinkle of Cinnamon

How to make it

In a bowl, mix together oats, yoghurt, milk, orange juice and vanilla. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate overnight.The next day, take out of fridge and put into serving bowl or glass. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
