Chia Pudding


12 tablespoons chia seeds
8 tablespoons blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons vanilla extract or essence
4 tablespoons coconut flakes
4 tablespoons trail mix
1 tablespoon cinnamon

How to make it

In a large bowl, mix together the chia seeds, Pauls Skimmed Milk, vanilla and half of the blueberries. Place in the fridge.

After one hour, stir and then leave in the fridge overnight.

Remove the bowl from fridge and stir once more.

Spoon into serving bowls, garnish with remaining blueberries, Pauls All Natural Yoghurt 99.8% Fat Free, trail mix, coconut flakes, cinnamon and drizzle with honey.
