Piña Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

⅓ cup or 85mL lite coconut milk, chilled
2 teaspoons desiccated coconut
2 scoops pineapple and lime sorbet

How to make it

Place all ingredients in a blender*. Blend until smooth. *For an extra tropical flavour and a fibre boost, add pulp from ½ a passionfruit.

Pour into a tall serving glass and enjoy!
