Buttermilk Chicken


8 chicken cutlets
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon ground cumin
large zip lock bags or a large bowl with cling wrap to cover

How to make it

Place chicken, Pauls Buttermilk, squashed garlic, honey, cumin, and salt and pepper in either a zip lock bag or large bowl and cover with cling wrap.

Place chicken in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for the best result.

To cook the chicken, preheat the oven to 200°C (fan-forced). Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and pat dry, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Place the chicken pieces onto an oven tray lined with baking paper and place into the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Check that chicken is cooked all the way through before serving.
