Ham & Pineapple Pizza
Ingredients
1 uncooked pizza base
200g shaved ham
250g pineapple (fresh or tinned)
1 bunch basil (leaves only)
150g mozzarella
5 tablespoons salted butter (White Pizza Base Sauce)
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (White Pizza Base Sauce)
2 cloves garlic (White Pizza Base Sauce)
½ teaspoon fresh thyme (White Pizza Base Sauce)
salt & pepper (White Pizza Base Sauce)
How to make it
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add in minced garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Add in flour and stir to combine. Pour in Pauls Full Cream Milk and stir continuously, simmering the sauce for 5 minutes or until it thickens. Add in the thyme and remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Pre-heat your oven as per the pizza base instructions.
Brush a layer of the white sauce over the top of the pizza base. Scatter the ham, pineapple (thinly sliced), basil and shredded mozzarella over the top.
Place into the oven and cook according to pizza base instructions.
