High Fibre Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Pauls All Natural 99.8% Fat Free Yoghurt
⅓ cup or 85mL orange juice
¼ small papaya pieces (peel & remove seeds)
1 passionfruit (seeds & pulp only)
1 tablespoon psyllium husk
.4 dried apricots (chopped)
How to make it
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a tall serving glass and enjoy!
